The Chairman of Bylakuppe Lugsam Tibetan Settlement Mr. Karma Damdul inaugurates TVA's 'We CARE' Animal Rescue Clinic. The Primary objective of the clinic is to rescue sick and injured free living animals (like Stray dogs and cats) and also to serve as a base for TVA's Animal Birth Control and Rescue works in the nearby Tibetan Settlements like Hunsur, Chowkur, Kollegal and Mundgod. The clinic will also help serve the community by providing free treatment for your companion animals. Every day many stray dogs are hit by cars or fall sick and they all suffer a painful death.. but now if one sees such animal in Bylakuppe, one can call TVA and the rescue will be on the way..  TVA thanks its long time supporter, friend and donor - Help Animals India and Eileen Weintraub for their continued support.

The event was attended by the Chairman of Lugsam Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement Mr. Karma Damdul, the heads of various monastic institutions and nunneries, the president of Regional Tibetan Youth Congress and Tibetan Women's Association; the leaders of various camps and TVA's friends and supporters.
